ComCierge Lounge (application description)

The Lounge application is comprised of three main levels: |

Hotel Services: using video, pictures and text the system allows the hotel to present its internal services such as restaurants, room service, spa, bar, etc. throughout the hotel. The user can view the information, order the services and interact with the hotel via several communication channels.

City Services: the system is constantly updated with city events, information and maps. By accessing it the user can view local attractions such as shows, bars, restaurants, guided tours, essential information and more. |

Community Services: Taking the experience to an even higher level, the system offers the user to see who else is in town at any given moment, and enables users to chat and share their city impressions with each other. |

ComCierge Lounge (guest advantages) |
ComCierge offers a wide range of advantages to its users, the hotel guests and travelers: |

Available Information: Presented in more than 5 different languages, the user can access ComCierge and get all required information about the city and its services. The information is free of charge, even in hotels where Internet is provided as a paid service. |

Variety of Services: The system enables the user to order a wide range of services, such as schedule guided tours, bars, museum visits and more. |
 |
Community features: the ComCierge Lounge offers communities feature, assisting travelers who are interested in meeting or sharing information with other travelers in the same destination. The system allows the user to meet other travelers who are interested in the same type of activities to meet on a mutual interest basis. The use of this service is up to the user, and is not mandatory whatsoever.

Maps and Orientations: The system is provided with maps and directions for every location and item included in it. Moreover, every location in the system is presented relatively to the exact positioning of the user. |

Pre-Trip Planning Functions: Once the user has entered the system, even before arriving to the destination, the system will automatically send the user a pre-trip report. This report includes the highlights of all major city events, news and the hotel’s messages relevant to the trip dates, to assist the guests with their travel preparations. |

Know Your Guests
The ComCierge system is designed to collect and analyze users’ needs. More that any survey that the hotel will ever run, the system gathers guests’ specific preferences at real time, and analyses them. It is then report it to management with an operational value. (e.g. 65% of your guests were looking for Chinese restaurants in town. Do you have a Chinese menu?). For more details, please refer to reports section. |

Improving Service:
ComCierge Lounge enables the hotel to offer its guests a new travel and hospitality experience. The guests can now enjoy the hotel as part of its environment and not only as a stand-alone service provider. The guest can now see the hotel as its host in town, that takes care of his/her travel experience, and not only as a sleeping and dining arrangement for a few days. ComCierge allows the hotel to be perceived as the guests’ host in town, on all aspects of this sentence, with no additional effort! |

Internal Campaigns: The hotel can advertise its services in the system (room service, spa, restaurants etc.) and manage its own service campaigns on the system. For example, the hotel can now offer spa treatment at non-busy hours for a discount rate – with a click of a button! |

Internal Service Sales: On top of informing the guests with the hotel’s services, the system allows the user to interact with the advertisement, and order the service online, 24/7, 365 days a year. |

Maximizing Advertising Potential: Should the hotel choose to do so, it has the option to sell advertising campaigns to surrounding businesses. |

Customers Loyalty: On top of the “wow” effect that ComCierge will create among your guests, the Lounge application will also enable the hotel to further know its loyalty program members. |

External Service Commissions: We believe that the hotels should benefit from any transaction generated by their guests. ComCierge is designed to allocate purchases and transactions per the hotel they were made from, allowing the hotels to receive the commission they are entitled to. |
Reducing Operational Costs
Maximizing available technology, ComCierge assists the hotel in reducing operational costs by relieving workload off the front desk and the sales center. Guests are able to query for information and services on their own, through an easy to use GUI and a highly user-friendly system.

ComCierge Lounge (Reports) |
ComCierge Lounge is designed to provide hotel’s management with useful reports, that has operational meaning.
The data is collected from users behavioral patterns (pages guests have looked in, buttons they have clicked, information that they have requested and so on), and then analyzed in our system. The reports are available in several levels, according to package selected by the hotel.
Our reports goal is to provide management with as much useful information as possible. We are here to assist you with this information and to provide you with ideas of how to respond to it.
